Enterprise starts at $1,500/mo on annual contracts and scales with record volume, connected CRMs, and modules. No tier has usage overages.

No. There is no usage-based overage on any tier, by design. If you reach your monthly Live API quota, requests keep working through a grace band up to 2x your limit, then pause with a clear error until the month resets or you upgrade. Your bill never grows on its own. Full metering mechanics are documented in the API docs under Billing.

Yes. Free is not a limited trial. You get 250,000 training records, up to 10 active models (soft cap), all insights (SHAP, Feature Stability Score, lift curves), and the Claude AI assistant. The only things you don't get are export, writeback, and the Live API. Train a model on your real CRM data, see your AUC, and decide from there.

No. Pointing an MCP client at ax1om and minting a key is free on every tier, including Free. Four of the MCP tools run entirely inside your agent and never touch the network, so an agent can check fit and prepare a scrubbed export before you have connected anything at all. Past that, an agent runs on your entitlements rather than its own: it calls as you, so your plan limits apply to it exactly as they apply in the app.

No. Live scoring needs Pro, whether the call arrives from an agent over MCP or from your own service over HTTP. It is the same metered route either way, so there is no agent-shaped path around a plan limit and no separate agent allowance to buy. Free covers the part before delivery: train on your own data, read the readout, and see the factors behind a score.

No. Agent-initiated compute is refused until an org owner or admin turns it on, and that setting ships off. An agent that tries before then gets a refusal telling it to ask you, not a charge. Everything an agent does still runs under your own grant, so your role and your plan limits bound it, and you can revoke a grant at any time under Settings, Connected agents.

Every Pro feature, included. You'll provide a payment method at checkout, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial from the Stripe customer portal and you'll owe nothing.

Every tier gets base engagement features (raw counts, days since last activity, per-window aggregates). Engagement+ adds IV sweep (finds the optimal time windows automatically), category breakdowns (which campaign or form types drive conversion), decay tuning (weights recent engagement more heavily), and bigram sequence detection (for example, "Webinar then Demo").

Your account data (models, runs, settings) is retained while your account exists, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. Disconnecting your CRM revokes ax1om's access to it.
