ax1om provides predictive models trained on customer data, callable by the customer's systems and AI agents. The platform connects via OAuth, builds machine learning models, and returns scores through dashboards, APIs, CRM updates, and the ax1om MCP interface. ax1om works exclusively with your organization's data and does not provide third-party enrichment or share data between customers.
You own your data. ax1om claims no ownership over it. You grant ax1om a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service, including model training and score generation. This license terminates upon account deletion or CRM disconnection. Data you direct ax1om to return to an agent client leaves this license when it reaches that client, and is then handled under section 4.
ax1om connects to CRM platforms through standard OAuth flows, requesting only the permissions necessary for metadata reading, record retrieval, and optional score writing. You can revoke access at any time through ax1om or through your CRM provider's settings.
ax1om publishes an MCP interface and may distribute connectors, plugins, and extensions through third-party marketplaces and directories. Installing ax1om from a marketplace does not change these terms. The marketplace operator's own terms and policies govern that operator's software, and ax1om is not responsible for the client application you use to reach the service.
An ax1om account is required. Connecting through an agent client grants no access beyond the entitlements of the account that authorized it, and the tiers and limits in section 6 apply identically to agent traffic and to dashboard use.
Agent clients authenticate to ax1om through OAuth and receive only the scopes you approve. You can revoke a client's access at any time from your ax1om account. You are responsible for the actions an authorized client takes with your credentials, including actions an AI agent initiates on your behalf, to the same extent as if you had taken them yourself.
The AI model or agent client you choose acts on your behalf, not on ax1om's. When you invoke ax1om through such a client, your instructions and the data ax1om returns pass through that provider under your agreement with them. ax1om is not a party to that relationship, does not control it, and does not select the provider for you. This is separate from the ax1om AI assistant described in section 8, which ax1om does operate.
Prohibited activities include:
ax1om offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers with different features and pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds. Trial accounts revert to the Free tier unless upgraded. Pricing changes require 30 days of notice for existing subscribers.
ax1om retains all rights to its platform, software, algorithms, and models. Model outputs (scores, feature importance rankings, and analytics) generated from your data are yours to use. Underlying algorithms remain ax1om's property.
ax1om includes an AI assistant for platform navigation and configuration. The assistant's suggestions are informational and should not be treated as professional advice. This section covers only the assistant ax1om operates inside the platform. It does not cover agent clients you connect yourself, which are governed by section 4.
ax1om targets 99.9% uptime without formal guarantee. Scheduled maintenance receives advance notice when feasible. For support, contact [email protected]. Typical response time is one to two business days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ax1om bears no responsibility for business decisions based on predictions. Liability caps at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
You indemnify ax1om from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or data you submit to the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Texas state or federal courts, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
You may close your account at any time via the platform or by contacting support. ax1om may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or after 12 months of inactivity. Following termination, data deletion is available on request by contacting [email protected]. Term changes require 30 days of notice, and continued use of the service after that notice constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and ax1om. ax1om may choose not to enforce a right without waiving it. Assignment requires written consent.
